Incredible location near local eateries, friendly and helpful staff, high-quality breakfast, amazing and affordable spa.

Loved our 4-nights stay. The room was stunning & reasonably spacious with the most comfortable beds and great views, for example. The staff were all extremely helpful, which was unquestionably a plus. The setting was absolutely perfect, next to amazing restaurants and shops, Ubud markets and the centre of town. It also was very close to Monkey forest...

I loved spotless and new-fashioned room here.

Booked a room with bath tub. Had hair dryers, a bidet and guest toiletries in the bathroom. Comfy and unbeatable location in the middle of jackson made it easy to get to key attractions. Had lunch/dinner at Pringgas Grill, which I found at walking distance from the hotel.

Hotel overlooked forest and the room was perfectly clean. The bed was very comfy, and the room itself was separate. Complimentary toiletries, a shower cap and bath sheets were available there. The location was nice and unbeatable, only 5 minutes walk to a Hindu temple complex. There was an amazing restaurant not too far away from the property

The value for money at Kaamala Resort was excellent, with a beautiful room and super comfy bed. The location was great, with a short walk to the center of town but on a quiet street. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always chatting with us when we returned from our day out.

the royal villa was spacious and stunning. we had a safe, tv set and a mini bar fridge. location: the hotel was near restaurants and rice fields, monkey forest, and many local eateries. all the personnel was extremely helpful and really helpful.

Our romantic escape was amazing! the private pool room was an absolute delight and the high-tech room with Alexa controls and Netflix added to the cozy ambiance. the restaurant food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the complementary activities and the great location close to the must-see sights.

To add insult to injury, the inexperienced staff did not know basic coffee names, breakfast ordering was a pain, and the food was often cold, forcing us to eat out. the issue that really affected our experience was the alleged losses from our suitcase, as we suspected that all employees were part of a gang.
